Art Terms of Service

• I accept CashApp & PayPal (at times I may take gift cards)
I will provide an invoice if a commission exceeds $50
• If you pay via CashApp, you acknowledge and understand there is no buyer protection
• Payment is expected in full unless an invoice is provided - payment must be completely paid before I finish or provide the almost finished product
• Turnaround time for commissions may vary but should not go beyond two months
• Commissions do not come with commercial usage upfront - it is an additional add on (+50% of total commission)
Only commissions that come with commercial usage feature Twitch/YouTube/other social media banners/emotes/etc.
Commercial usage pertains to usage for profit, merchandise, or promotions
• I do not have a rush fee as I do not offer rush services

• No refunds beyond the finalized sketch phase. I provide contact between myself and my clients. If you want any changes, you must let me know. I will offer a refund of 50% if you are fully unhappy with the progress at 50% completion (lining process)

• Additional characters and backgrounds are a case by case basis - please message me for more information
• I do not approve of NFTs for my artwork
• Credit is requested upon reposting
• A client's finished commissions may be used as examples of art. If you do not wish for your work to reposted, please inform me before I complete your commission
• I hold the right to decline a commission especially if it ignores my Do's & Dont's Lists
