Terms of Service
1. Payment & Billing
Accepted Payment Methods: I currently accept payments via PayPal and CashApp (USD). Gift cards may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. eChecks are not accepted.Invoicing: An invoice will be provided for any commission $50 USD or more.Payment Schedule: Full payment is expected upfront for all commissions unless an invoice is provided. Payment for invoiced work must be completed in full before the final or near-final product is delivered.Payment Plans: Payment plans are available for larger commissions but must be discussed prior to purchasing. Typically, I expect a non-refundable down payment of 25%.CashApp Risk Acknowledgment: By choosing to pay via CashApp, the client acknowledges and understands that this method does not include the built-in buyer protection offered by other services.
2. General Turnaround & Rush Fees
Standard Turnaround Time: The estimated turnaround time for commissions may vary but will generally not exceed two (2) months from the date of confirmed payment.Updates: Clients are welcome to inquire about the status of their commission at any time.Rush Fees: If a client requires a guaranteed completion date sooner than the standard turnaround time, a Rush Fee will apply, which is an additional 50% of the total commission cost.
3. Usage Rights
Personal Use: All commissions are for Personal Use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. This means the client may display the artwork but cannot use it to generate profit or for promotional purposes.Commercial Use License: Commercial usage rights are not included by default. Obtaining commercial rights is an additional add-on, priced at +50% of the total commission cost.Commercial Use Defined: Commercial usage pertains to any use intended for profit, which includes, but is not limited to, merchandise (physical or digital sales), promotions, or usage as Twitch/YouTube/Social Media banners, emotes, or other branded assets.Intellectual Property: I retain all original rights to the artwork. The client purchases the use of the artwork, not the intellectual property itself.
4. Revisions & Refunds
Revisions: I maintain contact with clients and provide opportunities for changes. Clients must inform me of any desired changes during the work-in-progress (WIP) stages.Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once the commission has progressed beyond the finalized sketch phase.Partial Refund: If the client is completely dissatisfied with the progress once the work reaches the 50% completion stage (lining process), I will offer a 50% refund.Sketch Exclusions: This refund policy does not apply to simple sketches or sketch dumps that may be offered.
5. Artist Rights & Disclaimers
Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline any commission request, especially if it falls outside of my accepted/decline list (seen below).Credit: Clients are requested to provide clear credit to me upon reposting the commissioned artwork on any platform.Portfolio Use: Finished commissions may be used by me as examples in my portfolio or on social media. If you do not wish for your specific piece to be posted publicly, you must inform me before I begin or complete the commission.NFTs: I do not approve of the use of my artwork or commissioned pieces for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or any related blockchain technology.

Simple Backgrounds: Solid colors, gradients, simple patterns.
Original Characters (OCs): Including character sheets and reference art.
Fan Art: Characters from existing games, shows, or media. Unless heavily copied or traced.
Additional Characters: Accepted on a case-by-case basis; please message for pricing.
Declined
Mecha/Complex Armor: Highly complex mechanical parts or full mecha (unless a simplified version is negotiated).
Hate Speech/Bigotry: Content that promotes discrimination or harm.
Excessive/Explicit Gore: While minor injury is acceptable, highly detailed or prolonged violence is not.
Illegal or Heavily Sexual Themes (NSFW): Including content involving minors.
Hyper-realistic Art Styles: My style is primarily cute/chibi/anime.
Open for discussion:
Complex/Detailed Backgrounds: Intricate architecture, detailed landscapes (unless negotiated as a separate, case-by-case add-on).
Customs for closed species.
